Science World '88
1988. What a year. A little group called Salt N Pepa taught us how to "Push It," TV shows like "Cheers" and "The Golden Girls" kept us laughing, and a short man with bushy eyebrows got laughed at for putting on an oversized protective helmet and driving a tank around during his bid for the White House. Meanwhile, on Pigeon Lake in rural northern Wisconsin, a selective group of teenagers spent two weeks learning about Science... and so much more.

Thinking of all this dewy eyed kittens and puppies cards sent out to girls and boys on valentines day. Of course I am not being cynical about hello kitty- but the types of animal valentines I get in the mail free from some charity along with 500 matching return address labels with my name spelled wrong. Like Mrs. Carla Naderson or something. Hang in there baby.
Here's a funny site- it'll make you go ahhhhh..... it's all animals in casts.
